We’ve recently equipped some major Vancouver studios: last year we collaborated with clothing retailer Aritzia to design a state-of-the-art studio complex for their Vancouver headquarters, including a top-quality Broncolor strobe system, Matthews grip, and Kinoflo video lighting.

We also won a bid to equip Langara College’s Photography Department, setting them up with an extensive kit of Profoto lighting, light modifiers, and Manfrotto grip.

At Flashpoint, we can sell any brand that we stock in rentals, and we are an authorised dealer of Profoto, Broncolor, Dynalite, Hensel, Speedotron, Chimera, K5600, Matthews, Manfrotto, and more.

We are pleased to announce a new service to our clients: We call it the short term leasing program and it will be available for some selected gear to begin with.

Initially each lease term will be for 30 days, after which the equipment is either returned to us or another 30 day lease can be arranged. The 30 day lease rate will be considerably lower than our present monthly rental rate which is calculated at 12 times the daily rate.
